Pre-Registration Form

Pre-registration is still required to race.  You can do so online by completing the above form or by contacting us with your pre-registration information (driver name, number, classes, changes in sponsors).  Pre-registration will open approximately 2 weeks prior to the start of a race weekend and close at 6pm the Thursday before the race weekend .  Few exceptions will be made if pre-registration is closed.  ______________________________

     NOTE:  If you have not raced the IWA circuit within the past year, click here to make sure your preferred number is available.  Also you are still required to be at Registration to pay your registration fees (CASH only) Friday night before race weekend and get race bands.  You can also pay via PayPal and are not required to be at the race site until Sat morning  prior to 9:30am ($10 convenience fee applies).  You can also mail payment to IWA treasurer by Tuesday prior to race weekend. (still required to be at race site no later than 9:30am Saturday to get race bands.) If you do not make payment prior to Friday or are not at Registration Friday night you will be responsible for event and pit bands cost. ______________________________

If using PayPal after Tuesday prior to race weekend, print copy of confirmation and bring with you so we can confirm you paid.  There will be no guarantee your receipt will be accepted after tuesday unless we receive notice prior to registration.

If your sponsors changed, it is your responsibility to get the information to us by 6pm the Tuesday before the race or to the announcer during the race weekend.  After pre-registration closes, it is no longer the responsibility of the IWA to update sponsor information for our announcer during the race. 

You are required to be at minimum a weekend member of the IWA to race at a sanctioned event.  Please check out the membership page for more information.
